Weekly Workouts [week 272]
Not a terrible week!!! Really did VERY well on my eating which I am happy about!!
Monday, 11.5: Week 4, Day 1: Chest+Triceps (Circuit)—got up early enough to make it to the gym!! I loved going here and increasing my weights on these exercises :) Fit Barre class was really tough tonight, but I’m glad I made it through!
Tuesday, 11.6: Week 4, Day 2: Back+Biceps (50/50)—was going to skip this and move it until tomorrow because I woke up with a migraine, but I ended up doing it after work instead. And I did more intense HIIT moves so I was proud of that!! Thankfully it all helped my migraine :)
Wednesday, 11.7: Felt nice to rest a bit this morning. And after work I made it to Total Body Bar which is SUCH a good class!!! Sweat my butt off :-D
Thursday, 11.8: Week 4, Day 3: Shoulders (Intervals)—almost skipped this, but I am REALLY proud of myself for pushing through in the morning for this!! And after work I went to my normal weekly Kettlebell Fire class, and sweat my butttttt off!
Friday, 11.9: Decided to make this morning a rest morning, but in the evening I went to a fun WERQ Trivia class!! It was lots of fun and I got a great workout in :)
Saturday, 11.10: Week 4, Day 4: Legs (HIIT)—Got up and did this before a long day of traveling around with my bestie! I sweat SO MUCH and it felt great :)
Sunday, 11.11: Rested.
TOTAL WEEKLY MILEAGE: 0.00 miles
*My stomach was acting up on Friday morning so I skipped my workout until Saturday.
*I followed my meal plan 99% which is AMAZING!!!!

Tuesday, 11.13: Week 5, Day 2: Back+Biceps (Circuit).
Wednesday, 11.14: Week 5, Day 3: Shoulders (Intervals).
Thursday, 11.15: Rest+Recovery.
Friday, 11.16: Week 5, Day 4: Legs (50/50).
Saturday, 11.17: WERQ class!
Sunday, 11.18: Rest & Recovery.
