Weekly Workouts [week 275]
Considering I got a cold by the end of the week, I’d say this was a pretty good week, even though I skipped some things here and there.
Monday, 11.26: Week 7, Day 1: Chest+Back (circuit)—Getting into the Shred It section this week, and it feels great!! Loved being able to push myself a little more. I skipped my normal Fit Barre class because I wasn’t feeling well.
Tuesday, 11.27: Week 7, Day 2: Legs (50/50)—Didn’t do this until after work, hoping to get my health back up. And it was a really good, even though my knee was hurting a bit. Still worked up a great sweat!
Wednesday, 11.28: Rested in the morning, but still made it to Total Body Bar class after work!! I really love that class and how much it challenges me!
Thursday, 11.29: Week 7, Day 3: Shoulders+Arms (Intervals)—Another great morning session! Things are mixed up a little with this being shred it week, but I love that! After work I skipped my Kettlebell class because my body was just run down and I needed to rest.
Friday, 11.30: Skipped my workout today due to sickness.
Saturday, 12.1: Ran ‘A Christmas Story’ 5K in 37:42!! Had a lot of fun running alongside my friend the whole time :)
Sunday, 12.2: Ran the final race of the year, Reindeer Run 5K, and finished in 35:29 which is pretty great considering I was congested!!
TOTAL WEEKLY MILEAGE: 6.22 miles
*Got a bit of a cold early on this week, which really sucked :(
*Finished both of my races strong this week!

Monday, 12.3: Week 8, Day 1: Chest+Back (circuit) / Fit Barre class.
Tuesday, 12.4: Week 8, Day 2: Legs (50/50).
Wednesday, 12.5: Rest+Recovery / Total Body Bar class.
Thursday, 12.6: Week 8, Day 3: Shoulders+Arms (Intervals) / Kettlebell Fire class.
Friday, 12.7: Week 8, Day 4: Full Body (HIIT).
Saturday, 12.8: Stretch & Tone class.
Sunday, 12.9: Rest+Recovery.
