Weekly Workouts [week 277]
Ok, I am starting LIIFT4 again THIS WEEK :) I have a group of women doing it with me as well and I am really looking forward to it!! :)
Monday, 12.10: Week 1, Day 2: Back+Biceps (circuit)—because I am starting this program over next week, I decided to just do a few exercises out of order this week. Today felt like a no-cardio day, so circuits worked! Then I ended my night at Fit Barre which was great as always!
Tuesday, 12.11: Went to the gym tonight at ran 1 mile on the treadmill in 10:30. I’m happy I got there and ran for the first time in over a week!!!!
Wednesday, 12.12: Rested—good to rest!
Thursday, 12.13: Week 1, Day 3: Shoulders (Intervals)—Focused pretty good on getting this done today even if I didn’t feel that great.
Friday, 12.14: Week 7, Day 4: Full Body HIIT—Since I didn’t do this two weeks ago, I decided to do it after work. SUCH a great workout that left me very sweaty!!
Saturday, 12.15: Stretch & Tone class / Kettlebell class—I went to BOTH of these classes, 1 hour long each, back to back….and seriously killed it!!! I pushed myself pretty hard but it felt great :)
Sunday, 12.16: Rested—deserved this rest!!
TOTAL WEEKLY MILEAGE: 1.00 miles
*Didn’t really focus on food that well this week, and it made me mentally out of it.
*Back to back classes on Saturday morning were pretty great!

Monday, 12.17: Week 1, Day 1: Chest+Triceps (50/50) / Fit Barre class.
Tuesday, 12.18: Week 1, Day 2: Back+Biceps (circuit).
Wednesday, 12.19: Week 1, Day 3: Shoulders (Intervals).
Thursday, 12.20: Run/walk.
Friday, 12.21: Week 1, Day 4: Legs (50/50).
Saturday, 12.22: Run/walk.
Sunday, 12.23: Rest+Recovery.
