Weekly Workouts [week 278]
For being right before the holidays, this wasn’t that bad of a week!
Monday, 12.17: Week 1, Day 1: Chest+Triceps (50/50)—I was SO excited to get up and do this workout today to kick off another round of LIIFT4!!! I definitely worked hard & can’t wait to see how the rest of the weeks go. Ended my night with my LAST Fit Barre class at More Fit :( :( :( I still have other classes to go, but I am really going to miss that whole place :(
Tuesday, 12.18: Week 1, Day 2: Back+Biceps (circuit)—got this done before work and it was good!
Wednesday, 12.19: Week 1, Day 3: Shoulders (Intervals)—happy that I was able to get this in!
Thursday, 12.20: Went to the gym and ran a 5K with my guy in 35:42!! It felt great to run and especially run with him :)
Friday, 12.21: Week 1, Day 4: Legs (50/50)—got the legs done at the gym!
Saturday, 12.22: Got up early and made it to the gym with my boyfriend again! I ran a 5K with him in 33:04 which was great!
Sunday, 12.23: Still got up before breakfast with my family and ran/walked 2 miles with my boyfriend in 27:07.
TOTAL WEEKLY MILEAGE: 8.20 miles
