Weekly Workouts [week 279]
Very happy that I have kept up with my workout plan while being home on vacation!!!
Monday, 12.24: Rested.
Tuesday, 12.25: Ran 1.64 miles around the block with my dog since the weather was so nice!! Finished in 17:53.
Wednesday, 12.26: Week 2, Day 1: Chest+Triceps (circuit)—after a few days off, it felt really good to get back to this program!! My arms were definitely sore after!
Thursday, 12.27: Was going to get up and head to the gym early but Andy and I slept in instead. Oh well :)
Friday, 12.28: Week 2, Day 2: Back+Biceps (50/50)—made it to the gym and truly kicked my butt into high gear with this workout which felt awesome!!!
Saturday, 12.29: Week 2, Day 3: Shoulders (Intervals)—another awesome workout with heavier weights!!!
Sunday, 12.30: Rest.
TOTAL WEEKLY MILEAGE: 1.64 miles
*Had to rearrange a few days in my workout plan.
*I increased my weights in all my LIIFT4 workouts which felt really awesome!!

Monday, 12.31: Week 2, Day 4: Legs (HIIT).
Tuesday, 1.1: Week 3, Day 1: Chest+Triceps (50/50).
Wednesday, 1.2: Week 3, Day 2: Back+Biceps (circuit) / Total Body Bar class.
Thursday, 1.3: Week 3, Day 3: Shoulders (Intervals) / Kettlebell Fire class.
Friday, 1.4: Week 3, Day 4: Legs (50/50).
Saturday, 1.5: Rest+Recovery.
Sunday, 1.6: Rest+Recovery.
