*Give up coffee for a month.
Forgot this was a goal, so I did not do it.

*Follow my cutting plan 5-6 days a week.
Proud to say that I did this!!! I'm still not perfect, but I am getting so much better at counting and staying on track with it.

*Start & finish the Kettlebell 4-week Challenge.
So I started it a little late, but I will finish week 4 during the 2nd week of August and I have no intention of stopping!! :)

*BONUS: Run a 30 minute 3-miler!!
I put this on here every month because it's a constant goal I have. But it did not happen, so on to next month!

Seriously one of my best months!! I am so proud that I worked out this much!!!

*I got back to doing morning workouts again, didn't skip them for 2 weeks straight!!! (and I'm still going strong!)

177 lbs.


August Goals:
*Drop to 175lbs.
*Workout every day in San Diego.
*Do 10 push-ups every day + 1 minute planks.
*BONUS: Run a 30 minute 3-miler!!
