September 2018 Fitness Recap
*PR my half at the River Run [less than 2:39].
Did not get a chance to do this due to the fact that I opted out of the race due to weather.
*Follow The Macro Challenge 6/7 days during the week [starting 9/10].
Thankfully I have been following this pretty well!!!
*Do 10 push-ups & 1 minute planks every day.
Did not do this.
*Finish AFAA Certification & pass exam.
Hopefully next month….
*BONUS: Run a 30 minute 3-miler!!

Overall this month wasn’t terrible, but I know I let my eating go aside a little. Hopefully October will be a better, fresher month!
