Weekly Workouts [week 241]
I wanted to post this yesterday, but today works OK!! I had a GREAT Cherry Blossom run and can't wait to recap it :-D
Sunday, 4.1: Rested.
Monday, 4.2: Didn't really want to, but I got up and went to the gym anyway for a great morning kettlebell workout!! Then went to my normal Monday night Fit Barre class :)
Tuesday, 4.3: Rested.
Wednesday, 4.4: I had great expectations to get up and do a kettlebell workout at home, but I struggled and didn't do it :( STILL, I went to the gym after work and CRUSHED 4 miles on the treadmill in 40:56!!! I didn't stop to walk once and kept no less than a 10:30 pace the whole time!! I am SO HAPPY!!!!
Thursday, 4.5: Skipped my morning workout again, and wanted to run after work but my stomach was not having it :( Instead, I did a kettlebell workout in my apt using my new bell!!! It was great!!
Friday, 4.6: Ran 2 miles on the treadmill after work in 21:15--this was a hard run and I really pushed myself a lot. Didn't feel good.
Saturday, 4.7: Rested, but walked a ton around DC!
TOTAL WEEKLY MILEAGE: 6.00 miles
*Feeling pretty sluggish this week & don't feel ready for my race today :(
*Skipped my Thursday run.
*Ran 4 miles without stopping on Wednesday!! It was my fastest and BEST run I think I have EVER done!!!!! :-D Feeling a lot better for the Cherry Blossom now!!

Sunday, 4.8: CHERRY BLOSSOM 10-MILER!!!
Monday, 4.9: Fit Barre class.
Tuesday, 4.10: HITT Workout/3 miles.
Wednesday, 4.11: HIIT Workout.
Thursday, 4.12: HIIT Workout/Kettlebell class.
Friday, 4.13: HIIT Workout/5 miles.
Saturday, 4.14: 8 miles.
