Not a bad week overall!! I am really proud that I followed my meal plan pretty much to a TEE for 90% of the week--hit my macros within +/- 5 for 3 out of 5 days which is the best I have ever done!!! SO amazing!!

Week 244

Sunday, 4.22Rested.
Monday, 4.23: LEG DAY! Went to the gym early FINALLY and got a great leg day workout in!! Then went to my usual Monday night Fit Barre class which rocked, as always!
Tuesday, 4.24: Skipped the morning but still made it to the gym after work--I ran 1.5 miles on the treadmill in 15:53. Not bad but I didn't feel great.
Wednesday, 4.25: SHOULDERS+ABS! Got to the gym early with Jess and we killed our shoulders & abs!! Felt great to get up again. Then after work I ran OUTSIDE!!! Ran 2.61 miles in 29:21, walked a little and it was glorious to be in the sun :)
Thursday, 4.26: Skipped the morning workout, but still made it to Kettlebell Class in the evening--she kicked our BUTTS but it felt so good :) We even went outside to do some stuff which was awesome because the weather is finally nice enough!!
Friday, 4.27: Decided to rest my body today.
Saturday, 4.28: Did not run or do anything super active today. Oh well...

TOTAL WEEKLY MILEAGE: 4.11 miles

Pits
*Even though my run on Tuesday was a good time, my stomach was acting up so I had to cut it in half. Oh well, listened to my body and that's a good thing.
*Skipped Friday' & Saturday’s workout. But I'm kinda OK with that. My body needed a break.

Peaks
*Got up and worked out on Monday morning!! Felt great to get back to it early again.
*Running outside on Wednesday afternoon was SO GREAT!!! :)

1 WEEK UNTIL DERBY DAY 5K!
3 WEEKS UNTIL CLEVELAND HALF!

Sunday, 4.29: Rest (traveling).
Monday, 4.30: LEGS: HIIT Workout.
Tuesday, 5.1: BACK+BICEPS: HIIT Workout/1-2 miles (if it fits my schedule).
Wednesday, 5.2: CHEST+TRICEPS: HIIT Workout/1-2 miles (if it fits my schedule).
Thursday, 5.3: SHOULDERS+ABS: HIIT Workout/Kettlebell class.
Friday, 5.4: LEGS: HIIT Workout.
Saturday, 5.5: DERBY DAY 5K!!!
