Weekly Workouts [week 246]
Not my best week for workouts but I did really well with my food choices!
Sunday, 5.6: Got a total body dumbbell workout in at home instead of going to the gym.
Monday, 5.7: No early morning workout, but went to Fit Barre class after work and it was great as always!
Tuesday, 5.8: Got to the gym for a great early morning Bicep workout!! Then after work I ran 3.26 miles outside in 38:18--it was GLORIOUS and beautiful outside!!!!
Wednesday, 5.9: Did another great early morning workout--this time we did Abs!! Really worked them, lol. No run after work.
Thursday, 5.10: Skipped workout because of travel.
Friday, 5.11: Got up and did an early morning bodyweight HIIT workout at home--felt awesome & really sweat a ton!!
Saturday, 5.12: Ran/walked 3.48 miles around Coronado in 43:13 with my boyfriend :)
TOTAL WEEKLY MILEAGE: 6.74 miles
*Skipped my Wednesday night run.
*Did early morning workouts two days in a row!!
*Followed my macro meal plan for Monday-Wednesday before I left for San Diego--this was HUGE!!
1 WEEK UNTIL CLEVELAND HALF!

Sunday, 5.13: Hiking?
Monday, 5.14: Rest.
Tuesday, 5.15: BACK+BICEPS: HIIT Workout.
Wednesday, 5.16: CHEST+TRICEPS: HIIT Workout/4 miles.
Thursday, 5.17: 2-3 miles/Kettlebell class.
Friday, 5.18: LEGS: HIIT Workout/WERQ class.
Saturday, 5.19: 2 miles.
