I've been so out of it lately. Even when I have a good week my motivation quickly goes away. It's been frustrating and I'm hoping now that the Cleveland Half is over I can get back to feeling like my old self again!!!

Week 247

Sunday, 5.13: Walked around San Diego a ton, but no real workout.
Monday, 5.14: Rested.
Tuesday, 5.15: Skipped.
Wednesday, 5.16: Was going to wake up early to run but I didn't make it out in time :( And didn't do anything after work/Tribe game. UGH :(
Thursday, 5.17: Forced myself to get to the gym early for an arm workout. I was so tired, but it felt really great!!! And then after work, I decided to run to More Fit Studio to pick up a tank top I ordered, so I ended up running 4.62 miles in 53:45!! Felt really great to run that much :)
Friday, 5.18: Went to a charity WERQ event after work where we danced for 2 hours--so much fun!!!
Saturday, 5.19: Rested.

TOTAL WEEKLY MILEAGE: 4.62 miles

*Skipped Tuesday workout.
*Skipped Wednesday.

Peaks
*Got to the gym FINALLY on Thursday morning--I have just been so unmotivated lately so it felt good to get there and do something.
*Also ran outside on Thursday night and it was SO GOOD!!! It wasn't my best run, but it was a good run that I really needed :)

Monday, 5.21: Rest.
Tuesday, 5.22: Rest.
Wednesday, 5.23: Fit Barre Class.
Thursday, 5.24: BACK+BICEPS: HIIT Workout/Kettlebell class.
Friday, 5.25: CHEST+TRICEPS: HIIT Workout.
Saturday, 5.26: 2 miles.
