Weekly Workouts [week 248]
Not a terrible week, but I know my eating habits have just been completely ignored for a while. I'm ready to jump back in with a vengeance!
Sunday, 5.20: Ran the Cleveland Half Marathon in 2:44:56!!! I am SO HAPPY with my time!!!
Monday, 5.21: Rested.
Tuesday, 5.22: Walked/hiked around a local recreation area with my boyfriend--hiked 3.03 miles in 1:11:13. It was a warmer day than we expected & it was nice!
Wednesday, 5.23: Went to Fit Barre tonight and HOLY COW was it good!! Totally kicked my butt with some different moves, and since I haven't gone in a few weeks it was good to get back!
Thursday, 5.24: Went to Kettlebell Class after work--oooooh man...I almost threw up, it was hot and hard and I think I just didn't eat well during the day, so it was just a hard class :-/
Friday, 5.25: Skipped/rested.
Saturday, 5.26: Rested/went on a paddle boat 3 times at camp which was a great workout for my legs!!
TOTAL WEEKLY MILEAGE: 13.52 miles
*Ran the Cleveland Half in 2:44:56--I wanted to run it less than 2:44 but I am THRILLED that I still ran it this quickly even so!!! My training hasn't been that great so I am so happy. Also, my watch says it was 13.52 miles, so I think this could be close to a PR for me!!! :)

Sunday, 5.27: Rest.
Monday, 5.28: Fit Barre Class.
Tuesday, 5.29: BACK+BICEPS: HIIT Workout/Yoga class.
Wednesday, 5.30: SHOULDERS+ABS: HIIT Workout/2 miles.
Thursday, 5.31: LEGS: HIIT Workout/Kettlebell class.
Friday, 6.1: CHEST+TRICEPS: HIIT Workout.
Saturday, 6.2: 2-3 miles.
