Weekly Workouts [week 250]
Started the Bodyfit by Amy 4-Week Kettlebell Challenge this week, but then I came down with Strep so I had to push it back a week :(
Sunday, 6.3: Ran 1.19 miles outside in 12:44! It felt SO GOOD to get outside and run :)
Monday, 6.4: Today was just a 30 minute Kettlebell Workout with BBA--I sweat SO MUCH!! It was nice to workout at home for a change instead of trekking to the gym. After work I went to my normal Fit Barre class and it was just great :)
Tuesday, 6.5: Today was a Bodyweight HIIT workout that I did after work since this morning I really just felt like crap thanks to allergies :(
Wednesday, 6.6: Rested today, still felt sick.
Thursday, 6.7: Rested again today, and then found out I have Strep! Ugh :(
Friday, 6.8: Rested--surprise trip out to San Diego!
Saturday, 6.9: Kayaked for several hours :)
TOTAL WEEKLY MILEAGE: 1.19 miles
*Came down with Strep and it ruined my week.
*Still did a few workouts even with Strep.
*Have been keeping up with my Plank Challenge & push-ups, so that's good!!

Sunday, 6.10: Rest.
Monday, 6.11: Kettlebell workout/Fit Barre Class.
Tuesday, 6.12: Bodyweight HIIT workout/2-3 miles.
Wednesday, 6.13: Kettlebell Shred workout/2 miles.
Thursday, 6.14: Cardio Tabata+Kettlebell Abs workout/Kettlebell class.
Friday, 6.15: Kettlebell HIIT workout/2-3 miles.
Saturday, 6.16: Fat Burning + Toning Kettlebell workout.
