Weekly Workouts [week 251]
Tried to restart the Bodyfit by Amy Kettlebell Challenge this week now that the strep has left my system, but life got in the way again. Starting again....
Sunday, 6.10: Rested.
Monday, 6.11: Rested/traveled home.
Tuesday, 6.12: Did the Kettlebell Strength workout at home after work which felt great to sweat it all out!
Wednesday, 6.13: Went to my Fit Barre class after work and it was SO good!!
Thursday, 6.14: No early morning workout but made it to Kettlebell after work and it killed me!!! But I think the heat really got to me as well.
Friday, 6.15: Rested today.
Saturday, 6.16: Went to WERQ for the first time in a while--my calves were killing me the next day!! Must have been a great workout :)
TOTAL WEEKLY MILEAGE: 0 miles
*Haven't run in 2 weeks. I'm not really that upset, but I am starting to miss it a little.
*Skipped a few days here and there.
*Got back to my classes that I've missed!

Sunday, 6.17: Rest.
Monday, 6.18: Kettlebell workout/Fit Barre Class.
Tuesday, 6.19: Kettlebell workout/2-3 miles.
Wednesday, 6.20: Bodyweight HIIT workout/Kettlebell Shred workout/2 miles.
Thursday, 6.21: Cardio Tabata+Kettlebell Abs workout/Kettlebell class.
Friday, 6.22: Kettlebell HIIT workout.
Saturday, 6.23: Fat Burning + Toning Kettlebell workout.
