Weekly Workouts [week 252]
Really not a bad week! It felt great to get back into a routine and focus on eating healthy again, too. I even ran a little!!!!
Sunday, 6.17: Rested.
Monday, 6.18: Got up and did the Fat Burning + Toning Kettlebell 5 minute workout--great kick start to my day! Then after work I went to my normal Fit Barre class--always a butt kicking good time!
Tuesday, 6.19: Even though I didn't really feel like it, I pushed myself after work and did Day 1 of the Bodyfit by Amy Kettlebell challenge again!! It was the Kettlebell Strength workout--so great!
Wednesday, 6.20: Got in a really great Bodyweight HIIT Workout this morning for Day 2! Then after I got home, I put my running shoes on and ran 3.13 miles outside in 37:06!! Not bad after not running in over 2 weeks :)
Thursday, 6.21: Had no real problem getting up to do Kettlebell Shred this morning!! BOY was that a workout. And then I went to Kettlebell class after work--another killer night!
Friday, 6.22: Rested.
Saturday, 6.23: Rested.
TOTAL WEEKLY MILEAGE: 3.13 miles
*I loved running on Wednesday night. But I also still don't have the huge urge to run like I ran last year. I miss it.
*Skipped workouts on Friday and Saturday for a bachelorette party.
*Started the Bodyfit by Amy challenge again, hoping to keep it going this time--I love the workouts and am thankful that I can do them from home. They are also just really killer workouts!!
*Used my run on Wednesday to count for my June 5K: The MurdeRUNo 5K! Virtual races can be fun :)
*I've been doing a 30-day plank challenge all month and I'm still going strong!! I don't post about it but I have been doing longer and longer planks each day. Also doing 10 push-ups a day which helps!!
Here's this week's schedule:
Sunday, 6.24: Rest.
Monday, 6.25: Kettlebell combo/Fit Barre Class.
Tuesday, 6.26: Cardo Tabata/2-3 miles.
Wednesday, 6.27: Kettlebell Legs + Arms/2 miles.
Thursday, 6.28: Cardiokick + Kettlebell Standing Abs/Kettlebell class.
Friday, 6.29: Kettlebell Booty + Core/Work golf outing.
Saturday, 6.30: Total Body Kettlebell workout.
