Weekly Workouts [week 254]
Officially into half-marathon training! Unfortunately my health took precedence over working out earlier in the week, but I'm hoping this fresh week will be better. I also finally have 4 weeks where I don't have any major trips happening, so I think I can officially get the Kettlebell 4 Week Challenge started & finished!! I hope it helps and keeps me motivated to tone up :)
Monday, 7.2: Woke up with a migraine so I had to skip any workout today.
Tuesday, 7.3: And today the Vertigo hit :( Not a fun way to spend the last few days.
Wednesday, 7.4: It was HOT HOT HOT today, hottest day in a while, and certainly hotter than when we ran the race on Sunday. BUT thankfully my Vertigo and migraine were gone so I ran with my dad to our local parade! We walked a LOT though, but all-in-all we ran/walked 4.78 miles and sweated our butts off!
Thursday, 7.5: Decided to run after work tonight, just around the block. I'm very happy that I was motivated enough to do it!! I even brought my dog along :) I ran 1.03 miles in 10:59.
Friday, 7.6: Ran 1.03 miles with my dog again before I left for my friend's wedding weekend! Finished in 10:56, so about consistent with yesterday!
Saturday, 7.7: Was going to run before my friend's wedding but decided to just walk 1.01 miles with her. It was a great way to start the big day!! :)
Sunday, 7.8: Even though I was exhausted, I pushed myself to run 1.07 miles outside in 11:37 once I got back to my apartment from a long weekend. Yay me!!
TOTAL WEEKLY MILEAGE: 8.92 miles
*Migraine and Vertigo made me skip Barre and running on Monday and Tuesday.
*Ran/walked to and from our local parade on Wednesday with my dad--it was so hot but I'm glad we did it!
*Decided to start a run streak from 4th of July until Labor Day (September 3). So far, so good!! Pretty proud of myself even though it hasn't been that many days yet.

Monday, 7.9: Day 1: Kettlebell Workout / Fit Barre class.
Tuesday, 7.10: Day 2: Bodyweight HIIT / 3.5 miles.
Wednesday, 7.11: Day 3: Kettlebell Shred / 5 miles.
Thursday, 7.12: Day 4: Cardio Tabata + Kettlebell Abs / Kettlebell class.
Friday, 7.13: Day 5: Kettlebell HIIT / 3 miles.
Saturday, 7.14: Day 6: Fat Burning + Toning Kettlebell / 7 miles.
Sunday, 7.15: Rest.
