Weekly Workouts [week 255]
Emotions get the best of me, so I slept in a lot last week. Decided I am diving into the Kettlebell challenge again full force this week, so I hope I don't lose my motivation!!! :)
Monday, 7.9: Took it easy this morning since I didn't get much sleep over the past few days. And then I went to Fit Barre after which was super hard, but hey, I've got goals to crush! But I skipped my run today so my run streak is over :(
Tuesday, 7.10: Skipped my morning workout, but went for a run after work in the heat. Ran 3.12 miles in 36:52 which is not bad, but my legs felt like lead the whole time, ugh.
Wednesday, 7.11: Skipped today.
Thursday, 7.12: No early morning workout today, but went to Kettlebell class after work--it was a hot day and I don't know if it was just getting back into the swing of things, but I was getting light headed by the end of the class even though I was drinking electrolytes. It was still a great class!
Friday, 7.13: Skipped everything today.
Saturday, 7.14: Skipped.
Sunday, 7.15: Ran 2.01 miles outside in 24:06. It was HOT HOT HOT!!!
TOTAL WEEKLY MILEAGE: 5.13 miles
*Skipped a run on Monday so I kinda ended my run streak. Hoping to keep my training plan going anyway.
*Skipped Wednesday all together. I was exhausted after a long day of travel for work, I almost couldn't keep my eyes awake driving home!
*Ran outside on Sunday even in the heat!

Monday, 7.16: Day 1: Kettlebell Workout / Fit Barre class.
Tuesday, 7.17: Day 2: Bodyweight HIIT / 4 miles.
Wednesday, 7.18: Day 3: Kettlebell Shred / 4 miles.
Thursday, 7.19: Day 4: Cardio Tabata + Kettlebell Standing Abs / Kettlebell class.
Friday, 7.20: Day 5: Kettlebell HIIT.
Saturday, 7.21: Day 6: Fat Burning + Toning Kettlebell / 7-8 miles.
Sunday, 7.22: 1 mile.
