Weekly Workouts [week 268]
Not a terrible week! I am starting LIIFT 4 today through Beachbody—going back to to old routine and I’m excited for a new challenge!!
Monday, 10.8: Rested.
Tuesday, 10.9: Skipped a morning workout, and then tried to run farther at the gym, but I only made it 1 mile in 11:17. My body was exhausted.
Wednesday, 10.10: Kettlebell Love Handles—was lacking energy again this morning, but I still was able to make it through love handles at least. And after work I dragged my butt to the gym to run 3.1 miles on the treadmill in 35:03—not bad, but I originally wanted to go 5 or 6 miles. Still, I’m happy!
Thursday, 10.11: Kettlebell Blast—I wasn’t sure what workout to do today, but I am glad I did this one, it pushed me but it wasn’t too bad! Finished out the day at Kettlebell Fire class which was brutal and so good.
Friday, 10.12: Rested/skipped this morning’s workout.
Saturday, 10.13: Ran 2.65 miles at the gym in 29:23. I screwed up the treadmill and it messed with my mind. Oh well.
Sunday, 10.14: Rest.
TOTAL WEEKLY MILEAGE: 6.75 miles
*Kind of fell off the schedule for Kettlebell Challenge. But I’m still getting stuff done, but I need to get back to the actual schedule.
*Skipped Friday’s workout.
*Feeling strong after running Tuesday AND Wednesday!!

Monday, 10.15: Week 1, Day 1: Chest+Triceps (50/50) / Fit Barre class.
Tuesday, 10.16: Week 1, Day 2: Back+Biceps (Circuit) / 3 miles.
Wednesday, 10.17: Week 1, Day 3: Shoulders (Intervals) / 4 miles.
Thursday, 10.18: Recovery day / Kettlebell Fire class.
Friday, 10.19: Week 1, Day 4: Legs (HIIT) / 2 miles.
Saturday, 10.20: Rest & Recovery.
Sunday, 10.21: DETROIT FREEPRESS INTERNATIONAL HALF MARATHON!!!
